- We are not AliExpress: questions about an order go to AliExpress.
1.Email
We do not run a phone line or a chat, and we do not answer on a fixed timetable; we do read every message.
2.What helps us answer
If a figure on the site looks wrong, the link of the page and of the AliExpress listing, and what you saw on each, let us check it against our record. If it concerns the browser extension, say whether it is the Chrome or the Firefox version.
3.Orders, payments and deliveries
PriceProven never takes an order or a payment, so we cannot see, change or refund one. For anything about a purchase, contact the seller or AliExpress through its Help Center — linked at the foot of every page.
4.Your data
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to the same address. The privacy policy explains what we collect and your rights.
